condensing units, heat pumps, blower coils, packaged units can be factory-customized
to explosion proof for application in hazardous location. They are designed to meet
the United States National Electric Code, Article 500, requirements for Class 1, Division 1 or 2 (depending on specific requirement),
Groups A, B, C, D hazardous locations.
Explosion Proof Window Units
Two models of the explosion proof window air-conditioner can be supplied with
cooling capacity of 13,000 Btuh and 18,000 Btuh at 50 hz, 230 Volt.

-Utilizes direct-wired 15 amp circuit with time-delay fuse that will
tolerate surge current without tripping the breaker.
